Students have been instructed to contact Catherine Bass by email right away, if it looks like they will miss a connecting flight or arrive late for whatever reason. Sometimes they can hop on a later shuttle, if available. All students receive "Plan B" instructions in case they miss the shuttle and need to make their way to GTL on their own. Please ask your student to share these instructions with you if you are worried.

Is there anything we need to know regarding passports?
Is there anything we need to know regarding passports?
All students will need a valid passport. As soon as your student decides to study abroad, they should apply for a passport if they do not already have one.
If your student already has a passport, please make sure that the passport will be valid for 6 months BEYOND the student's expected return date. This is very important! Some semesters there are students who are not able to enter Europe as their passport does not have enough months of validity left. Don't let your student be that student.
